Bank/ATM:
You can find the nearest bank and ATM at the crossing of Paracelsus- and Filderhauptstraße.

Breakfast:
Our abundant breakfast buffet is served in the dining-room in the basement. Monday to Friday: from 06:30 am to 10:00 am; Saturday, Sunday and on public holidays: from 07:00 am to 10:00 am.  

Chapel:
On the fourth floor you can find our chapel, which is always open to public and offers you room for rest and contemplation.  

Charger:
You forgot your charging cable? A selection of different manufacturers is available at the reception and can be borrowed for the duration of the stay.  

Church Services:
You are welcome to visit the English Mass in St. Antonius Church. The information about date and time is posted up in front of the church.  

Departure:
Hotel Check Out: 10.00 am. You are welcome to store your luggage at the reception until your departure.  If you depart before 7:00 am, please settle your bill the day before.  

Doctor:
Our reception team will be happy to provide you with information needed. Emergency number: 112 (emergency number for Europe)  

Drinks:
In our „Bierstube“, located in the basement, you will find alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as well as snacks. Please note the number of drinks/snacks you had down on your list and pay at Check Out.

Environmental protection:
Please help us to protect our environment:

• Turn off the lights and TV when you are leaving your room.
• Make sure that water taps are turned off.
• Please use the trash can in your room for paper waste, all other waste should be placed in the trash can in the bathroom.
• Place empty bottles next to the trash can.

Housekeeping:
The guest rooms are cleaned daily. If you do not wish to be disturbed or if you do not need a housekeeping service, please hang the "do not disturb” sign from the outside on the door. The towels are changed on request (for that purpose place the towels on your bathroom floor).

Iron & ironing board:    
Guests can borrow an iron and ironing board at the reception.

Lost and found:
If you have found something, please take it to the reception. If you lost something, please ask the reception staff.

Parking:
Parking spaces are available directly in front of Christkönigshaus and behind the house - access via Filderhauptstraße - free of charge. You will need a parking ticket for the parking lot, you can get it on request at the reception.

We accept cash, EC-Cash/maestro, MasterCard, VISA Card and American Express

Photocopy:
Our reception team would be happy to help you. We charge € 0,15 (black and white) or € 0,30 (colour) per copy.  

Post office/stamps:     
You can buy stamps and leave your mail for posting at the reception.    

Reception:
The reception is open from Monday to Saturday from 07:00 am to 10:00 pm on Sunday and public holidays from 07:00 am to 06:00 pm. If you depart before 7am, please settle your bill the day before. 

Restaurants:
You will find a list of nearby restaurants at the reception.  

Room key:
Your room key is also a key for the front door. Please take your key always with you, so you will have access to the house. Don´t forget to lock your room door when you leave your room. Please return the key to the reception when checking out. If the key is missing, we will have to charge € 160,00. 

Sightseeing:
At the reception you will find flyers and maps as well as information about Stuttgart and the region.

Smoking:
Christkönigshaus is a non-smoking hotel. If you wish to smoke, there are ashtray bins placed outside of the hotel. In case of violation of our non-smocking policy we will charge € 120,00 cleaning fee.
